20 Strong: Tainted Grail is a solo game where you choose your path as four enemy types confront you, each with a different level of difficulty and different rewards for defeating them. Combos are key in combat, as the dial severely limits the dice you can apply to enemies—though playing combat cards unlocks more options and changes your strategy with every engagement. Enemies you’d rather avoid can be cast aside into the Menhir Stack, but they may return when you face the extremely difficult boss after eight turns. Defeat that final foe and its minions, and you’ve won the game.
