Phantom Leader has been available in a digital format for quite some time in both Vassal and iPad versions. Today, DVG released a Windows version of the game which is fully playable like the iPad version. You can order it for $19.99 through the DVG website.

Phantom Leader is a solo play game where you control a US Air Force or US Navy Tactical Fighter squadron in Vietnam between 1964 and 1972. With the digital versions, you get all the fun of the game, without all the setup time.
